How much will my piece cost?
Every one of our items is unique and made to measure, we've tried to give an idea of guideline costs in the Examples section and also in the Gallery (see the annotations in the last image of each set, for a price indication for the piece). To get an accurate idea of the costs for your project, give us a call and outline your ideas. We charge nothing for initial consultations, and we pride ourselves on offering amazing value for money on our innovative, bespoke furniture.
How long will I have to wait for my item?
All of our products are made to order, so the lead times will be dependent on the complexity of your design. Existing designs with minor customisations can be produced in around 4 weeks; more complex original pieces typically take 6-8 weeks.
Can you arrange delivery and installation?
Yes, the prices indicated on the website exclude delivery, in order to keep costs as low as possible, but fully warranted delivery and installation can be arranged priced according to the distance from our Kidderminster HQ:
- Within 20 miles: FREE delivery and installation
- Up to 50 miles: £100
- Up to 150 miles: £250
- Over 150 miles: Please call to discuss your requirements.
If you chose to arrange your own courier then risk will be transferred to you at the point of collection.
Can I return/cancel my purchase if I don't like it? Do distance selling regulations apply?
Distance selling regulations don't apply to made-to-order purchases, but we always do our absolute best to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase. We will do everything we can to make sure that you know exactly what to expect at every stage of the design and production process, and if for any reason something isn't quite what you expected, we will do what we can to put things right.
Do you produce in anything other than wood?
We do occasionally take on one-off commissions in other materials, and have produced items in steel, aluminium, and a few different plastics.
